The position of the hotel was stunning, high on the edge of the caldera of a long-extinct volcano. The staff was very-very nice, we were offered a luxurious standard queen room with pool views. The service was fantastic, totally satisfied.

Had spotless and large standard king room with a lovely view and wake-up service was available in it. The hotel was in an incredible location near to a different restaurant, the hiking trails and the centre of the island.

Hotel turned out to be clean and the breakfast option was lovely. The property has brilliant location short walk to the mountains, peace and quiet, a great spa and good food, the most beautiful hiking trails and the establishment. Also, visiting Degollada de la paloma was easy as it’s 10 minutes walk away.

Everything was good, greatly enjoyed our fantastic stay. A great selection of food for breakfast, it was nice. We have spent 1 day in standard queen room with a lovely view and bar plus luxury polished stone bathroom. The location was awesome - next to restaurants and canteens. The hotel was set in a very quiet area.
The staff were not particularly helpful, didn't expect that coming.
